Our Minister

Rev. Jennifer The Rev. Jennifer Emrich serves as our Minister. Rev. Jennifer has particular interests and gifts in adaptive leadership, comprehensive programming and children and youth ministry which have served our congregation well since 2007. She grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and became a Unitarian Universalist there during her college years. She holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master's in Divinity from Bangor Theological Seminary. Rev. Jennifer finds great joy in our shared ministry, and enjoys the ongoing theological conversation we pursue through teaching, preaching and putting our faith into action through local and international Partnerships. She is on the Board of the Unitarian Universalist Partner Church Council, and is pursuing her PhD in Education. She has gained extensive experience in leading pilgrimages and mission trips in her years as our spiritual leader, and has guided adults and teens in Guatemala, France, Ireland and Transylvania, pursuing her belief that pilgrimage as a spiritual practice has deep benefits for the individual as well as the church organization. When she in not at church she enjoys hiking, yoga, the art museum and hanging out with her children, Max and Madelin.
